Financial Matters

Many insurance plans cover chiropractic services.  While the office will make every attempt to assist patients with their insurance coverage, Dr. Henderson is not a member of any insurance networks. 

Patients with insurance plans that have "out-of-network" benefits (most PPOs, POS, etc.) may have coverage for services at this office, often after an "out-of-network" deductible is met.  If you want to know what your coverage is, call the Customer Service phone number on your insurance card and ask the representative about "out-of-network chiropractic" benefits.

Payment is requested in full at the time of service, and a receipt will be generated for the patient to submit to his or her insurance company for reimbursement.

The Federal BlueCross STANDARD plan now reimburses for out-of-network chiropractic services.

Appointments must be cancelled before the close of business on the day prior to the appointment.  Appointments missed or not cancelled as such will be charged to the patient.
